Leadership for well-being and resilience in disruptive times

Are you striving to lead with purpose in a world that feels increasingly disconnected?

The Providence Institute of Transformative Leadership invites you into a learning community where inner growth fuels collective well-being. You will learn how to cultivate your own well-being and that of your team and organization, developing an inclusive, caring and resilient leadership.

In the Leadership for well-being and resilience in disruptive times program, you will develop your potential for transformative leadership through emotional intelligence, mindfulness, empathic dialogue and intercultural awareness.

Our next cohort begins on April 13 , 2026. Ready to step into this learning journey?

Breathe. Align. Lead: A Workshop on the Inner Work of Leadership

The best leaders are not simply skilled. They are self-aware. They understand how to stay grounded under pressure, read a room clearly, and make decisions despite stress and noise around them. That type of leadership does not emerge from a framework but from within.

This 2.5-hour workshop will teach you how your current inner state, attention, and situational awareness influence your impact as a leader more than most people realize. Through guided reflection, hands-on practice, and collaborative learning among peers, you’ll gain a more honest understanding of how you show up and what’s possible when you show up differently.

Date: March 26, 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Facilitators: Avegaile Calzado and Eliza von Baeyer
