Admission requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must:

1. An honour’s bachelor degree (4 years) or its equivalent in the humanities or social sciences, with an average of at least B (70%). In exceptional cases, candidates who do not meet this criterion may be considered if they can demonstrate to the admission committee that they possess adequate knowledge and professional experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. In some cases, the committee may require qualifying courses.
2. Provide the following documents:
   – a cover letter (maximum 500 words);
   – a curriculum vitae.
3. An interview with members of the admissions committee may be required.
