Sr Nathalie Becquart, xmcj has served as Undersecretary to the Synod of Bishops since 2021. A member of the religious Congregation of Xavières, from 2008-2018 ,she served as director of the National Service for Evangelization of Youth and for Vocations in the Bishops’ Conference of France.

Catherine E. Clifford

Catherine E. Clifford is Professor of Systematic and Historical Theology and Founding Director of the Research Center on Vatican II and 21st Century Catholicism at Saint Paul University. Her teaching, research, and publications are focussed in the areas of Ecclesiology, Ecumenism, and the Second Vatican Council. She served as a North American delegate and theological consultant to the XVI General Synod “For a Synodal Church,” 2021-2024.
