By Helen Daniels, who will share practical knowledge about local weeds that are edible and nutritious. She will present on how harvesting and eating certain Ottawa/Gatineau garden weeds can benefit both soil and human health.
Ms. Daniels is a student in the MA Leadership, Ecology and Equity.
