1:30 – 4:00 pm
Online via Zoom
The best leaders are not simply skilled. They are self-aware. They understand how to stay grounded under pressure, read a room clearly, and make decisions despite stress and noise around them. That type of leadership does not emerge from a framework but from within.
This 2.5-hour workshop will teach you how your current inner state, attention, and situational awareness influence your impact as a leader more than most people realize. Through guided reflection, hands-on practice, and collaborative learning among peers, you’ll gain a more honest understanding of how you show up and what’s possible when you show up differently.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of the connection between your inner state and your effectiveness as a leader
- Practical tools for staying present and grounded in high-pressure situations
- A new lens for understanding how personal change influences team and organizational change
This workshop is for professionals of all levels who recognize that leadership is more than just skills and experience and are eager to learn more about what that means for them.
