Yuanyuan Jiang is an Assistant Professor at the School of Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, and an Adjunct Professor in Educational Psychology at the University of Alberta. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology Research at the University of Toronto and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia. She completed her predoctoral and postdoctoral Clinical Psychology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. In her free time, Yuan enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature and running.
Roxana is a first-year Ph.D. student in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University and a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) in Ontario. In the lab, Roxana is examining perceptions related to the parent–teacher relationship. When she is not in the lab, Roxana enjoys spending time with family and friends, weightlifting and reading.
Gwendolyn Adams is a first-year MA student in the Counselling and Spirituality program at Saint Paul University. Gwendolyn is currently doing research on parental stress in relation to COVID-19, parental emotional intelligence, and children’s outcomes to better understand how young families are impacted by COVID-19. In Gwendolyn’s free time, she enjoys being in nature, cooking, and connecting with friends and family.
Odera Odenigbo is a first-year MA student in the Counselling and Spirituality program at St. Paul University. She has a BSc in biology from Brock University and a BA in psychology from the University of Windsor. In her free time, Odera loves to play Sims, read, watch movies, and watch TV shows.
Pooneh Montazeralsedgh is a first year PhD student in the Counselling and Spirituality program at Saint Paul University. Pooneh is currently doing research that helps her understand how best to help children with and without ADHD and their families. In Pooneh’s free time, she likes to read books, play sports and travel.
Meghan Billings is a PhD student in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. Meghan has a MEd with a focus on assessment at the University of Ottawa, and a MA in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. Meghan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who uses a trauma-informed lens in her practice. In the lab, Meghan is studying trauma symptoms with a focus on neurodiverse children and their families. In her free time, she goes for hikes with her two Australian Shepherds.
Joelle is an incoming Masters student in the Counselling and Spirituality program at Saint Paul University. She has graduated with a BSc specialized in Nutrition from the University of Ottawa and is currently practicing as a registered dietitian. Joelle is passionate about working with folks with eating disorders and is exploring her interest in the field of research. In her free time, she loves to dance various street styles, read and enjoy tasty food with friends.
