Certificate in Adult Faith Education (CAFE)

The Certificate in Adult Faith Education (CAFE) is offered by the Centre for Religious Education and Catechesis (CREC) in partnership with the Providence Institute of Transformative Leadership.

Grounded in the art of listening and meeting people where they are, this online program will help you integrate the perspectives and practices for learning and growing spaces that empower adults in faith and life. The program is made up of six essential modules, and includes engagement with mentors and communities of practice to support rich integral learning.

Program details 

  • Participants can expect to invest about 5 hours per week in this program
  • Each module includes 1-2 interactive Zoom sessions
  • Additional work includes engaging with learning resources and participating in online discussions, meeting with mentors and participating in Community of Practice meetings.
