Academic Advisors
Our academic advisors are here to help you navigate your educational path by providing guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career goals. They can assist you in creating a personalized plan to ensure you meet their academic requirements and achieve your long-term objectives.

Academic Success Office
Anne-Marie Habyalimana
Anne-Marie is the face of the Academic Success Office. She is always there to offer a helping hand to students. Whether you’re looking for an internship to gain real-world experience, or you’re facing challenges during your studies, she is available to help you navigate the ups and downs of your academic journey at SPU!

Indigenous Centre
Georgette Whiteduck
As the Indigenous Centre Coordinator, Georgette facilitates the Centre’s events and programs for the University community. She also helps coordinate a team of Knowledge Keepers, who are available to provide support and guidance to the University’s indigenous students, faculty and staff.

Pastoral Services
Sr. Mary Linda Vivian Onuoha, IHM
The Coordinator of Pastoral Services, Sr. Mary Linda oversees the spiritual events and activities on campus and manages the Oasis, a safe space for the entire SPU community. She is also available to guide students who are seeking support from our resident chaplains.
All are welcome to visit Sr. Mary Linda in the Oasis, which is located on the ground floor of Guigues Hall.
Jean-Léon Allie Library and Archives
In the library, you’ll always find a friendly face ready to help you navigate the services and resources that library offers. Below are a few of the people who you should know:
Victoria Tsonos
As the Head of User Services, Victoria manages all of the student-focused activities and services to ensure they meet your needs. This includes workshops and one-on-one research and reference assistance.
Her reference expertise supports the research of students in the School of Ethics, Social Justice and Public Service, the School of Social Communication, and the Élisabeth-Bruyère School of Social Innovation.

Marta Samokishyn
Marta is the library’s Collection Development Librarian, which means she selects the resources that support the research and education needs of the university community. She is also available to provide one-on-one research and reference assistance to students.
Her reference expertise supports the research of students in the Faculty of Canon Law, the Faculty of Theology, the School of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality, the School of Conflict Studies and the School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity.

Anne-Camille Hardy-Chartrand
As the Writing Centre’s primary Writing Advisor, Anne-Camille is a great contact to have! She is available to assist you with your course assignments – from developing an effective research and writing process, to providing constructive feedback on your final drafts.

International Office
Brianna Coffey
In her role as the International Program and Recruitment Coordinator, Brianna supports international students with their transition and integration into university life here at SPU. She also manages the student international exchange program for those looking to expand their horizons while pursuing their studies.

If you visit the Multiservices Centre, you’re likely to meet Priscille – one of the Centre’s helpful staff. Don’t hesitate to ask her any questions you have about how the Centre can help you access course packs, parking passes, photocopies and more.

As president of the Saint Paul University Student Association (SPUSA), Afnan represents the student body within the university community. She works to enhance campus life, student engagement and advocates for your needs and interests.
