Saint Paul University Announces the Appointment of Carole Audet as Associate Vice-Rector, Talent, Diversity and Culture

It is with great pleasure that Saint Paul University announces the appointment of Carole Audet as Associate Vice-Rector, Talent, Diversity and Culture.

As an inspiring bilingual leader of high-performing teams, Ms. Audet has more than 20 years of experience in the education and health sectors in Northern Ontario. In particular, she has lead in strategic planning when it was a key component in achieving the mission of the organizations for which she worked.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive personal growth, promote talent development, and enhance organizational productivity by leading equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) programs, among other initiatives.

“I am proud to welcome Ms. Audet in her new position at Saint Paul University,” said Chantal Beauvais, Rector of Saint Paul University. “In addition to her professional experience in the education sector, she shares our commitment to fostering a more human, open and engaged workplace and university community.”

In addition to assuming responsibility for Human Resources Services, Ms. Audet will take charge of the important EDI program. She will also ensure the development of an institutional culture that aligns with Saint Paul University’s mission, vision, values and strategic plan.
