Russia vs Ukraine: History of a Conflict and the Role of Diplomacy

We are pleased to welcome His Excellency, the Ambassador of Germany, Mr. Matthias Lüttenberg, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Amphitheatre (G1124) on the Saint-Paul campus, for an exceptional lecture on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Entitled “Russia vs. Ukraine: The History of a Conflict and the Role of Diplomacy,” the lecture will offer an analysis of the origins of the conflict, its developments, and the current diplomatic challenges.
