The Well-being Committee shall consist of representatives from various departments, including faculty, staff, and student representatives, ensuring diverse perspectives and expertise in well-being-related areas.
Commitee responsabilities
The Work Well being Committee shall be responsible for:
- Identifying well-being needs and concerns within the university community related to the eight pillars of well-being.
- Developing and implementing initiatives, programs, and resources to support holistic well-being.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to promote a culture of well-being and address specific well-being challenges.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of well-being initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
- Communicating and promoting well-being-related information and resources to faculty, staff, and the university community.
Meetings and Reporting
The committee shall meet a minimum of 6 times a year, or more, as deemed necessary to discuss well-being-related matters, track progress, and report on initiatives and outcomes to the university administration.
This committee shall meet with the Health and Safety Committee at least once a year.
