PARKING

Q: How do I get a parking pass?
A: Fill out the online form and pay at the Multiservice Centre.

Q: What’s the difference between regular and reserved passes?
A: A regular pass gives access to general parking; a reserved pass guarantees a dedicated spot, including overnight.

Q: Can I use payroll deduction?
A: Yes. Complete the appropriate form available through our office.

Q: I lost my parking pass. What should I do?
A: Visit the MSC and pay the replacement fee.

PRINTING & COPYING

Q: What are the printing rates?
A: Black & white: $0.09 per page | Colour: $0.23 per page

Q: Can I use my student account to pay?
A: Yes, if you have a papercut,  you can also pay directly at the front desk.

Q: Can I print if I am no longer a student?
A: Yes, provided payment is made at the desk.

EMAIL & ACCOUNT ACCESS

Q: I have a new phone and can’t access the authenticator. What should I do?
A: Contact University of Ottawa IT Services at 613-562-5800 ext. 6555 and ask for a mfa reset.

Q: How do I access my new university email?
A: Instructions will be sent to your personal email. For support, contact the MSC.

ORDERS & PURCHASES

Q: How do I order books or course materials from DCA?
A: Fill out the order form and send it by email with full payment information.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes. Make sure to include all card details, including the CVC.

Q: Are there discounts available on books?
A: No. All books are sold at regular price.
