Tuition and incidental fees 2024–2025

Ontario students

In accordance with Ontario government directives, tuition fees for Ontario students will remain unchanged for the 2024-2025 academic year, except for a 7.5% increase in tuition for students enrolling for the first time in September 2023, or after, in an undergraduate program at Saint Paul University.

Canadian citizens residing outside Ontario

In accordance with Ontario government directives, tuition fees for Canadian citizens residing outside Ontario will increase by 5%, except for a 7.5% increase in tuition for students enrolling for the first time in September 2023, or after, in an undergraduate program at Saint Paul University.

International students

Tuition fees for international students will increase by 6% at the undergraduate and graduate level.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars

University fees are payable by the date indicated in the Sessional Dates and Deadlines. If you enroll after the published tuition fee payment deadline, you must pay your fees as soon as your course selection is approved.

¹ This category includes Canadian citizens, permanent residents, members of the diplomatic corps, and refugees.
² Applies as of the 2021 Fall term to newly admitted and Special Students. As of the first day of their study period, Ontario must be the most recent province in which the student resided for twelve consecutive months, not including time as a full-time postsecondary student.
³ Anyone who is not included in, or cannot provide supporting documents for, the Canadian students category.
⁴ Person authorized by a faculty to take one or several courses, but who is not required to complete work assignments or write exams and who will not receive credits for the course.
⁵ Fee covers the period from September 1 to August 31. To calculate the fee for a partial year or to find out about exemptions, please contact the SPU Student Association.

⁸ Since September 2020, incidental fees apply to all students enrolled in classes given online or in class, since all students have access to the services offered by the associations.
⁹ A zero-credit course is considered a 3 or 6 credit course, as the case may be, in the calculation of tuition and other fees.
