This symposium will explore the evolution of systems made up of formal and informal instruments and processes designed to manage disputes at different levels and stages.
Well-integrated conflict management systems can tackle disputes proactively, ensuring that problems are managed before they escalate. They help employees resolve conflicts informally, preserving the working relationships and morale essential to a thriving corporate culture.
The annual symposium is open to the participation of practitioners, managers, professors and students from many fields of intervention, disciplines and regions of the world.
