Profile

Cécile Rozuel is an Assistant Professor. Her research and projects seek to understand how individuals, leaders and communities can foster well-being and sustainable development in creative ways. Drawing from C.G. Jung’s Analytical Psychology, she explores the conscious and unconscious dynamics of the psyche of individuals and organizations to make sense of archetypal patterns and developmental possibilities. Her work has focused on ethics and the self, imagination and storytelling, the process of alchemy, soulful embodied lives, workplace well-being, as well as spirituality and search for meaning at and outside work. She is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion.
