• 2025-09-02: Welcome to the fall 2025 term! To help you get the term started off right, the library is putting on a series of lunchtime workshops—called Lunch & Learns—focusing on a variety of topics relevant to new and returning students alike; consult the calendar here. These workshops start next week and provide essential and practical information on all aspects of academic life, such as doing research, citing, avoiding plagiarism, writing, and much more!
• 2025-08-28: Do you want to socialize, have fun, and make some really terrible art? Join us on September 4 between 12 and 2:30 p.m. for our Ugly Art Contest! We provide the supplies, you provide the talent (… or not). The worst piece of art will win a prize! Book your spot here by September 3.
• 2025-01-03: A new version of our APA Style (7th ed.) citation handout is now available. We’ve added a section on conference proceedings and hyperlinks to help with navigation. You can also find the handout in the citation styles research guide and on the Writing Centre’s webpage.
