The Counselling Centre is open to individuals of diverse faiths and spiritualities, including those who do not identify with any religious or spiritual tradition. As part of their training, counselling interns may explore a client’s religion, spirituality, and personal values during the intake process and throughout therapy only when it is relevant and aligned with the client’s goals. Clients are always free to decline to discuss these areas.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides a confidential space for clients ages 16 and older to explore personal concerns, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional, relational, and psychological well‑being. Counsellors collaborate with clients to identify goals and support meaningful change.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling supports partners in strengthening communication, deepening understanding, and navigating challenges in their relationship. Sessions focus on improving relational dynamics, enhancing connection, and resolving conflict in a supportive environment.
Family Counselling
Family counselling helps families address patterns of interaction, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. This service offers a space for families to explore concerns together and build healthier ways of relating. Children ages 12 and older can participate in family counselling.
