Transformative Leadership is a dynamic process that recognizes the importance of bringing the whole person into
the practice of constructive social change. Bridging the inner domain (who I am) with the outer domain
(my context, my environment) enables transformative leaders to critically reflect on their practice, and to
engage in a meaningful way with the social and spiritual needs of their communities.
Studying transformative leadership is about
- 1 Learning about your own capabilities to help develop the skills and abilities of other people and of communities
- 2 Enacting meaningful change through the development of creative and inclusive spaces for growth
- 3 Exploring holistic and grassroots solutions to systemic challenges
