At the beginning of each new year, many of us make resolutions for the new year... only to abandon them a few weeks later.

Life Review offers a different perspective. Life Review is a visit to the past with today's eyes in order to have a more thorough understanding of the impact of one's life story on the present, and to better prepare for the rest of one's life journey.  Exercises related to life review can also be done at the end of each day, of each week, of each month, and do not have to cover the entire life we have lived so far. In a sense, it is akin to Ignatius' Examen, or the Daily Examen.

Psychology for Everyday Living is presented by Saint Paul University in collaboration with Capital Choice Counselling Group.
