Profil

Cécile Rozuel est Professeur Adjointe. Son domaine de recherche vise à comprendre comment individus, leaders et communautés peuvent générer un mieux-être et un développement durable de manière créative. S'appuyant sur la Psychologie Analytique de C.G. Jung, elle explore les dynamiques conscientes et inconscientes de la psyché des individus et des organisations pour analyser les patterns archétypaux et les possibilités de développement. Elle s'intéresse particulièrement aux questions de l'éthique et du soi, l'imagination et les contes, le processus alchimique, l'expérience de vie incarnée et de l'âme, le bien-être au travail, ainsi que la spiritualité et la quête de sens au sein et en dehors du travail. Elle est aussi Editrice Associée pour le Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion.

HUM 5114 - Leadership, Gender and Feminisms (3u)
- Study of the role of gender and its intersection with other identities in leadership. Critical and reflexive engagement with power structures through global feminist theories. Creative and democratizing approaches to transform collective beliefs, practices and policies.
HUM 5123 - Integral Ecology (3u)
- Study of integral ecology: ecological literacy; interconnected facets of economics, poverty creation, structural injustices and ecological degradation; links between cultural and biological diversity.
HUM 5124 - Equity, Justice and Ecological Issues (3u)
- Understanding social justice. Study of the specific links between social and ecological problems with insights from ecojustice, climate justice, environmental racism, ecofeminism and The Earth Charter (2000).
HTP 1502 - Approches dans les humanités : interprétations de l’expérience humaine
- Introduction à des approches théoriques dans les sciences humaines et aux méthodes qui sont appliquées pour interpréter les expressions multiples de l'expérience humaine, en particulier celles exprimées dans d’importantes œuvres d'art et de littérature.
IPA 2122 - Research Methods and Ethics in Human Sciences (qualitative approach)
- Introduction to the philosophy of science and epistemology. Research ethics. The creation of a research plan: questions, hypotheses, variables, and data analysis methods. Documentaries and qualitative methods: bibliographic research, historical research, interviews, case studies, and observation. Specific problems in the study of ethnic and religious conflicts and human relationships and spirituality.
  
  Prerequisites: 30 university credits (except for students in Certificate in Human Relations and Spirituality) and IPA1121.
  Prerequisite or concomitant: IPA1122.
HUM 5999 - Séminaire de recherche / Research Seminar
- Un mémoire de recherche où les étudiants démontrent leur capacité à critiquer et à intégrer les connaissances et les compétences qu’ils ont acquises dans une pratique réfléchie et responsable du leadership transformatif. / A graduate level research paper where students demonstrate their ability to critique and integrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired into a reflective and responsible practice of transformative leadership.

HUM 3120 - Power of Collective Imagination
- Emergence of individual and collective stories of identity in communities, and the enactment of these identities in community development, especially through rituals and processes such as storytelling and mythologizing.
HUM 3512 - Pratique communautaire et résilience
- Dynamiques créatives de la résilience et des échecs dans les pratiques individuelles et communautaires, à travers des cas d’études et des projets appliqués.
