The Faculty of Canon Law, Saint Paul University, in collaboration with the Canadian Canon Law Society and the Centre for Canonical Services, proudly announces a seminar on the revised  canonical process for the causes of declaration of nullity of marriage following the promulgation of Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus.

Objectifs :

On August 2, 2014, Pope Francis appointed a Special Commission for the Study of the Reform of Matrimonial Processes in Canon Law. Father Francis G. Morrisey, O.M.I., Professor emeritus of the Faculty of Canon Law, Saint Paul University, was a member of this commission. The results of this commission’s work have now been made public with the promulgation of the motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus on September 8, 2015.
