Prof Mallette

Dr. Judith Malette is full professor in the School of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. She is a clinical psychologist who has worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout and compassion fatigue. Her research interests include professional ethics, trauma, compassion fatigue, and the complex and rich relationship between psychology and spirituality/religion. She recently co-edited two books: From Psychology to Spirituality (Peeters, 2019), in which she and two colleagues wrote a chapter on professional ethics as an ethics of the relationship, and Psychologie positive et spiritualité en psychothérapie (Positive Psychology and Spirituality in Psychotherapy; Presses de l’Université Laval, 2019), in which she wrote a chapter on happiness.
