A conference presented by the Spanish Program and the Graduate Student Association,
Department of Modern Languages and Literatures (University of Ottawa)

During our colloquium, and given the feminine inequity in the Pan-American democratic context, we wish to reflect on the condition of women in the past and the present, the plurality of women’s identities and (self)representations through a multicultural and multidisciplinary collective perspective.

This call for proposals is aimed at professors and graduate students in the Arts and Humanities working on cultural studies, gender studies, queer studies, indigenous studies; sociolinguistics, migration and diaspora, etc.
