Changes to regular course schedule
Classes on Friday, April 7, Good Friday (a statutory holiday), are cancelled.  They will take place on Tuesday, April 11, when the usual Friday course schedule will apply.  This does not affect clinical placements. April 7
Enrolment, courses, withdrawals and reimbursements

Last day to request leave of absence (graduate students) February 3
Last day to withdraw from a course or an activity and receive a financial credit, less administrative fees. The deadline to receive a reimbursement for the ancillary fees associated to a course may differ and even be earlier.Withdrawing from a course may affect whether you will meet all your program requirements. Be sure to consider all changes very carefully before going ahead. The date may differ for some faculties and programs, so please confirm date with your academic unit. February 3

Withdrawing from a course may affect whether you will meet all your program requirements. Be sure to consider all changes very carefully before going ahead. Course withdrawal is not possible after this date. If you simply stop attending a course and do not withdraw, you will receive a failing grade. March 31
Grades and exams
Winter term exam period: Exams are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays April 14 to 27

Tuition fee payment
Last day to pay tuition fees without late payment fees. January 1

Student services
U-Pass distribution To be determined
Last day to apply for a U-Pass exemption January 31
Change in coverage period for health and dental plan ( opt-in ) January 2 to January 31
Reports, major research papers, and theses (graduate studies)
Last day of the Fall term to submit a thesis without having to enrol inthe Winter term December 22
Last day to submit a thesis and receive a 100% financial credit (applies only for thesis option and if you were enrolled in the previous term). Submission of your thesis by this date results in the cancellation of your enrolment  for the current term. Credit not available if you are submitting a revised thesis. February 3
Last day of the Winter term to submit a thesis without having to enrol in the Spring-Summer term. April 30
Making changes to your program (undergraduate studies)
