Well-being in Organizations - April 17 to May 29, 2023 (7 weeks)

Our current world faces us with many challenges that require resilience, creativity, and more human-centered work cultures. After the pandemic many organizations had to brace up for the increased rate of burnout and turnover, talent shortage and increased uncertainty about the future. Leaders sincerely committed to organizational practices that support the needs and well-being of employees can become part of the solution to these challenges. Showing people that they matter can change everything.
This webinar series provides strategies for integrating well-being strategies and policies into the daily workflow of your organization.
Discussion circles will create safe space for empathic, generative dialogue.
Throughout this course, participants will learn strategies to:
- Create inclusion, safety and belonging at work
- Strengthen commitment to a shared vision and purpose
- Build a culture of wholeness, growth and recognition
- Create trust and collaboration
- Transform organizational stress into resilience and flexibility
Deadline to register is April 12, 2023
Dates: April 17 to May 29, 2023 (7 weeks)
Weekly Structure:
- 1-hour webinar presentation of concepts. (Participants can join the webinar live on Mondays at noon EDT or watch the recording.)
- 1-hour discussion circles (small groups of 5-6 people)
- Individual work related to the webinar topic (eg. a reading, video, and/or reflection).
On March May 29 at noon EDT participants are invited to join a 1-hour integration session on Zoom
Participants who attend more than four sessions will receive an attestation certificate.
Registration Fee:
- Individual registration: $400 (CAD) + Taxes
- Group Registration (2 or more): $ 300 (CAD) + Taxes per person
- Saint-Paul University Student and Alumni Price : $ 300 (CAD) + Taxes
