A word about our rector, Chantal Beauvais If you could meet only one of the many people who steer Saint Paul University, it should be our captain, Chantal Beauvais. SPU’s senior administrator, she holds a doctorate in philosophy and is a long-standing champion of reconciliation with the First Peoples of Canada. An avid nature lover, she is also an expert camper! You’ll recognize her easily by her wonderful smile, her statuesque figure and her great sense of humour. |

Orientation 2018 is your back-to-school experience! This is an ideal opportunity to meet your professors and classmates, take part in activities and talk to student ambassadors to get answers to your questions. You have arrived at SPU at a pivotal moment in its history. Throughout your time here, you will see many new initiatives unfold. From the total renovation of our Library, to the creation of Indigenous programs, to the establishing of block learning (intensive sessions) at the Élisabeth-Bruyère School of Social Innovation, a first of its kind in North America, you will be the front-row observers of a multifaceted transformation.
