Update for the Fall 2020 Session

The plans for Saint Paul University’s Fall 2020 session have been finalized. After consulting faculty, staff and public health guidelines, the University has decided to proceed with a limited return to campus.

All courses offered during the Fall 2020 session will be accessible online. However, some courses will also offer on-campus sections. It is very important that you log into uoCampus to verify the section you have selected. If your course section code begins with W, the course will be offered online.

To verify the delivery method of your courses, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to uoCampus and click on Self Service
  2. Under Enrollment, click on My Class Schedule
  3. Select the Fall 2020 Term
  4. You will see a list of your courses. Click on the code in the Section column to see further information about each course
  5. In the Class Details box, the Instruction Mode will indicate whether your course is given online or in-person.

If you wish to make changes to your course selection, it is strongly recommended that you do so before September 1 as on-campus spaces are limited. The final deadline to register or change your course selection is September 22.

Classrooms will be re-organized to ensure physical distancing guidelines are respected. Therefore, only students who are officially registered in the on-campus section of their courses are permitted to be present in the classroom.

If you have questions about your course selection or want to explore your course options, please contact your academic advisor.

Health and Safety Measures on Campus

To ensure the safety of all those on campus, the University has implemented a number of health and safety protocols. These protocols include mandatory masks on campus, reduced class sizes and controlled access to in-person services.

Individuals who are returning to campus are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the University’s COVID-19 FAQ, as well as Ottawa Public Health’s guidelines.
