Changes to regular course schedule   
Classes are cancelled on Monday, May 22, in lieu of Victoria Day (statutory holiday). They will be held on Friday, May 26, when the usual Monday course schedule will apply. This does not affect placements. May 26
Classes are cancelled on Monday, July 3, in lieu of Canada Day (statutory holiday). They will be held on Friday, July 7, when the usual Monday course schedule will apply. This does not affect placements. July 7
Classes are cancelled on Monday, August 7, in lieu of the Civic Holiday (statutory holiday).  They will be held on Friday, August 11, when the usual Monday course schedule will apply.  This does not affect placements August 11

Last day to withdraw from a course or an activity and receive a financial credit, less administrative fees. The deadline to receive a reimbursement for the ancillary fees associated with a course may differ and even be earlier. Withdrawing from a course may affect whether you will meet all your program requirements. Be sure to consider all changes very carefully before going ahead. May 26

Tuition fee payment

Reports, major research papers and theses (graduate studies)
Last day of the Winter term to submit a thesis without having to enrol for the Spring-Summer term. April 28
Last day to submit a thesis and receive a 100% financial credit (applies only if you are enrolled exclusively for the thesis and were also enrolled in the prior session). Submission of your report, paper or thesis by this date results in the cancellation of your enrolment for the current term. Credit not available if you are submitting a revised thesis. June 2
Last day of the Spring-Summer term to submit a thesis without having to enrol for the Fall term. August 31
