Changes to regular course schedule
Classes are cancelled on Monday, May 20, in lieu of Victoria Day (statutory holiday). They will be held on Friday, May 31, when the usual Monday course schedule will apply. This does not affect placements. May 31

The deadline to receive a reimbursement for the ancillary fees associated to a course may differ and even be earlier. Tuition fee payment
Session A - (May 1 to July 23): Last day to pay tuition fees without late payment fees. Consult Payment of fees on the Financial Services website. May 1

Reports, major research papers, and theses (graduate studies)
Last day of the Winter term to submit a thesis without having to enrol for the Spring-Summer term. April 30
Last day to submit a thesis and receive a 100% financial credit (applies only if you are enrolled exclusively for the thesis and were also enrolled in the prior session). Submission of your report, paper or thesis by this date results in the cancellation of your enrolment  for the current term. Credit not available if you are submitting a revised thesis. June 7 
Last day of the Spring-Summer term to submit a thesis without having to enrol for the Fall term. August 31
