Saint Paul University’s Spring Semester to be Offered Entirely Online

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Saint Paul University has made the decision to offer its spring semester entirely online. The spring semester begins on May 1, 2020.

“The health and safety of our students, professors and staff is our highest priority,” stated Chantal Beauvais, Rector of Saint Paul University. “As the COVID-19 public health issue evolves, we want to ensure that our students are able to continue their studies in a safe manner. For this reason, we have made the proactive decision to move all of the spring semester’s courses online.”

This decision is part of SPU’s ongoing response to COVID-19. Students who have questions about these changes are encouraged to reach out to their academic advisor.

On Monday, March 16, all remaining classes for the winter term were transferred to an online platform. This experience has demonstrated that the University is equipped and prepared to proceed with the upcoming semester.

The University will continue to assess the situation to ensure that it follows the latest recommendations and guidelines as set out by leading public health authorities.
