This week (October 4 to 10) is Mental Illness Awareness Week and we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of the mental health resources that are available to you as students of Saint Paul University.
No matter what you’re going through, remember that help is always available to you.
Counselling Services for Students
Saint Paul University has two psychotherapists on hand to provide mental health support to students. To book an appointment, please contact:

All appointments with the psychotherapists are conducted by secure videoconference.
Indigenous Initiatives Services
The Indigenous Initiatives Services’ knowledge keepers are available to provide support and guidance to First Nations, Métis and Inuit students. To contact the IIS, please email Indigenous@ustpaul.ca or call 613-236-1393 ext 2657.
Pastoral Services
Pastoral Services are also available for anyone who is seeking spiritual support. To schedule a meeting with a chaplain, please email aumoniers@ustpaul.ca or call 613-236-1393 ext. 2366.
