International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust
At Saint Paul University, we strive to be the change we hope to see in our society. Reports of hate in North America and around the world prompt us to recall that we must remain ever vigilant. In these very challenging times, when we are faced with the threat of ideological polarization, isolationism and ethnic segregation, the Holocaust serves as a reminder of the horrors that were born of racism and hate. Remembering helps to strengthen our resolve to continue defending human rights and condemning intolerance. Remembering helps us to work together towards a better future – a stronger, more inclusive and more compassionate society.
