Lecture Halls and Classrooms
	Amphitheatre (264 sq. m. / 2,843 sq. ft.) Capacity: 184 people COVID-19 capacity: 50 people Lecture hall with fixed tiered seating and a large stage area at the front of the room. Ideal for plenaries. Wheelchair accessible (4 spaces only, at the back of the room; the stage is not accessible) Air-conditioned Additional AV services available * Standard AV equipment: Projector, screen, Blu-ray player, sound system, one microphone, and Wi-Fi.
	Classrooms (36–148 sq. m. / 391–1,590 sq. ft.) Capacity: 10–80 people COVID-19 capacity: 7–26 people All classrooms have windows and central air. Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned Whiteboards Additional AV services available Flexible configuration** * Standard AV equipment: Desktop computer, projector, screen or TV, and Wi-Fi.
Meeting Rooms
	L133 – Gervais Room (66 sq. m. / 712 sq. ft.) Capacity: 24 people COVID-19 capacity: 11 people Conference room with large windows. Fixed configuration. Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned Additional AV services available * Standard AV equipment: Projector, screen, desktop computer, conference telephone, and Wi-Fi.
Multi-Function Spaces
	Multipurpose Room (336 sq. m. / 3,618 sq. ft.) Capacity: Up to 300 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 50 people Our largest multipurpose room features large windows that let in natural light. Flexible configuration around support beams makes this venue ideal for workshops and receptions. Coat check area Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned Additional AV services available Setup required** * Standard AV equipment: Dual projectors, dual screens, dual TVs, sound system, one microphone, and Wi-Fi.
	L120 (223 sq. m. / 2,396 sq. ft.) Capacity: 30–100 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 36 people Multipurpose room with a reception area and several windows that let in natural light. Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned Additional AV services available Setup required** * Standard AV equipment: Projector, screen, sound system, and Wi-Fi.
	L142 – Laframboise Room (265 sq. m. / 2,857 sq. ft.) Capacity: Up to 250 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 50 people Multipurpose room with several windows. Its rustic charm and flexible configuration make it ideal for meals and receptions. Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned AV services available Setup required** * Standard AV equipment: NONE.
	L205 – Normandin Room (172 sq. m. / 1,847 sq. ft.) Capacity: 30–100 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 30 people Multipurpose room with several large windows that let in natural light. Open Areas
	Atrium (80 sq. m. / 860 sq. ft.) Capacity: Up to 100 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 25 people Large open space with built-in reception desk, located close to parking and the Amphitheatre. Ideal for registration, refreshment breaks or cocktail receptions. Wheelchair accessible Air-conditioned Additional AV services available Flexible configuration** * Standard AV equipment: Sound system and Wi Fi.
	Café Urban (91 sq. m. / 976 sq. ft.) Capacity: Up to 100 people, depending on room setup COVID-19 capacity: Up to 30 people This open area is used as our café’s seating area on weekdays, but it can be transformed into an interesting event space when available. Outdoor Spaces
	Residence Courtyard (2,787 sq. m. / 30,000 sq. ft.) Capacity: Up to 100 people COVID-19 capacity: Up to 50 people Large outdoor area located behind the University residence. Mature trees and grass. Ideal for BBQs. Wheelchair accessible Picnic tables No lighting or power Additional AV services available Flexible configuration** * Standard AV equipment: NONE.
