The influx of Eastern Christians into territories dominated by the Latin Church continues, with an ever increasing presence of Eastern Christians, both Catholic and non-Catholic. Questions of ascription and jurisdiction directly impact sacramental validity. This seminar will examine some of the common and not so common issues which arise in ecclesiastical administration with a view of helping pastors and diocesan/eparchial administrators cope with the growing (and byzantine) reality of ecclesiastical plurality.
