Enrolment Forms

 

Notice of Collection of Personal Information:   Your personal information is collected under Saint Paul University Policy ADM-118 Access to Information and Protection of Privacy, in compliance with the Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If you have any further questions, please contact the Secretary General at sec_gen@ustpaul.ca.

The following forms have to be sent to the academic advisors or to the Office of the Registrar either by email at registrar@ustpaul.ca or in person at Saint Paul University, Guigues Hall, room 165.

 

 

  • Special Students and auditors – Enrolment to Courses :

Complete the enrolment form for special student (PDF) and send it by email to registrar@ustpaul.ca or bring it with you to the Office of the Registrar, Guigues Hall, room 165.

  • For courses at the graduate studies, you will need to include your official transcript or proof of an undergraduate university degree.

 

  • Regular Students at the Undergraduate and Graduate Levels – Enrolment to Courses :

To enroll in your courses, you will need to login to your student center in uoCampus, accessible through your Intranet account, and use the enrolment application.  Tutorial guides are found under your Intranet portal.

  • Dropping or Modifying a Course Choice – Regular Students

To drop a course, go to your uoCampus portal accessible through the Intranet.  At the top of the page select “Main Menu”, then select “Self Service”, go to “Enrollment” and then click on “Enrollment Drop Classes”.  Select the class you wish to drop and save your modification. For more detailed instructions, consult the tutorial.

Note : If your status changes, your eligibility to financial aid and renewal of scholarships might be impacted.
