Canadian Inuk singer and artist Susan Aglukark joins Saint Paul University's Creative Therapies conference

OTTAWA, February 22, 2018 - Saint Paul University (SPU) is proud to host a conference that will bring together psychotherapy and the creative arts. Titled The Creative Therapies in the Helping Relationship: Psychology and Spiritual Care, the event will take place from Thursday, March 8, to Saturday, March 10, 2018.

SPU is thrilled to present keynote speaker Susan Aglukark, the Juno Award-winning Canadian Inuk singer and artist. An accomplished singer and powerful songwriter, Aglukark will offer an important perspective on the culture of our northern communities. Her topic will be a path of personal discoveries, cultural reconnections and personal healing.

This conference represents a great opportunity for academics, therapists, teachers, pastoral agents, students and all those who are interested in learning about, discussing and expanding the possibilities and importance of creative therapies.
