Beading Workshop
Students and staff are invited to drop by the Indigenous Centre to learn how to bead, a traditional Indigenous artform. Participants will be provided with the tools and guidance to create a beaded pin in the shape of an orange t-shirt, which is an important symbol for residential school survivors and their families.
DATE: Wednesday, January 25
TIME: between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (estimated 3 hours to complete the beading project)
LOCATION: Indigenous Centre - G1141
