Objectives

To study the ordinary contentious trial, with particular concern for the matrimonial process. The legislative changes introduced by Pope Francis, by means of the motu proprio Mitis iudex Dominus Iesus will be treated. Our examination will also include a study of the instruction Dignitas connubii and practical applications for tribunal ministry.
