The Sophia Research Centre is pleased to sponsor the 2017 National Conference of the Catholic Network for Women’s Equality. Everyone is invited to join members of CNWE as we explore new ways of “Honouring the Past, Keeping Faith in the Present, Shaping the Future.” Friday evening’s plenary presentation, “Crispina and Her Sisters: Women and Authority in Early Christianity,” will be presented by Sr. Christine Schenk, CSJ, founder of FutureChurch. She and other speakers will present exciting panels and workshops over the course of the conference, providing many opportunities for discussion and reflection.

The conference will be held at Saint Paul University (223 Main Street, Ottawa), May 26-28. For more information and to register, please visit cnwe.ca.
