Summer Institute in the New Evangelization 2016
August 8-17, 2016

SINE video

The Summer Institute in the New Evangelization (SINE) is an innovative and intensive course that provides leadership formation in the New Evangelization, created through a partnership of Saint Paul University, Catholic Christian Outreach, and Mission of the Redeemer Ministries.

I invite everyone to be bold and creative
in this task of
rethinking the goals, structures,
style and methods of evangelization
in their respective communities.

Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium, n. 33

The SINE is for anyone interested in learning about the New Evangelization, including:

Program Information:

The SINE blends three elements for an integrated formation:

Three options of study:

1. For university credit (also receive a certificate in the New Evangelization upon successful completion of the 3-year program)

 A. This is a great option for university students who want to earn a credit from Saint Paul that can be transferred toward their degree. Note that it is the student's responsibility to ensure that credits are transferable to their home institution

2. Non-university credit, but will receive a certificate in the New Evangelization upon successful completion of program

A. This is a great option for individuals who do not need the university credit but want to have a certificate that they can put on a resumé when applying for positions within the Church or within a parish. This provides the students with strong credentials for working in pastoral ministry related to the New Evangelization.

3. Non-university credit and non-certificate

A. This is a great option for individuals who do not need the university credit or the certificate. Instead, they are doing the program simply for their own formation. These students will not have to complete the writing assignments at the end of each course.
