Description: It’s a fact. We all react differently to change. How do you react? Have you taken the time to reflect on your abilities to deal with change? Do you know the impact that you are having on others because of your reaction to change? What skills do you need to manage stress related to change? This workshop will give you strategies to handle change with less stress and more success! The workshop aims to increase your awareness and therefore reduce your fears, reservations and preconceived ideas about change. The four sessions offer some much-needed time for self-reflection around yourself and change. Using self-evaluation tests and tools, you will be able to take a closer look at your current comfort level with change. Further discussions will be held around specific individual competencies that are required for personal adaptability to a changing environment, and in different roles. Participants will be encouraged to do reflective work between sessions. A workshop designed to make you realize that change can empower you if you choose to embrace it! |
