The Opening Mass of the 2011-2012 Academic Year at Saint Paul University – A Wonderful Celebration!
Saint Paul University formally began the academic year with an opening Mass. On Friday, September 16, over one hundred people joined the celebration along with our Chancellor, Archbishop Terrence Prendergast, S.J., the Rector, Chantal Beauvais, and our chaplain, Daniel Renaud o.m.i.
In his homily, Archbishop Prendergast emphasized his affection for Saint Paul University, the mark it makes on the community, and the place it occupies in our world today.
The celebration concluded with a light lunch, to which all were invited. This gathering clearly reflected the Chancellor’s words.
