The Saint Paul University Residence and Congress Centre can accommodate up to 180 students in 90 shared two-bedroom suites, throughout the school year. The residence is located on campus.

Suite Features

• Oversized double bed (54" by 80")

• Kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator

• Private three-piece bathroom within each suite

• Large desk and work area

• Internet high speed access (following Saint Paul University usage policies)

• Private phone line with voice-mail and local access

Located near Saint Paul University the Deschâtelets Residence is owned by the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. It offers a peaceful and quiet environment adapted for study and reflection to priests, religious women and men, who come to study at Saint Paul University or wish to undertake a sabbatical or renewal year.

Springhurst Residence, a small community of active and retired members of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, is open to applications from priests and religious students seeking a full service facility in a welcoming, quiet environment. Conveniently located only steps from Saint Paul University and public transit, Springhurst offers a furnished private suite with ensuite bath. Monthly rent includes all meals, housekeeping, laundry facilities, telephone, internet and cable television.
