The Multi-Services Centre is a one-stop shop. This is the place to purchase your textbooks and course packs and annual parking permit. We also offer photocopying, bookbinding and mailroom services.

Our copy centre offers a wide range of services, including black-and-white photocopies, colour photocopies, binding, etc. We can print your documents directly from a diskette, a CD, a USB drive or an e-mail. We can also do digital scanning from printed matter. Printing can be done on a selection of paper (white or coloured), cardboard or acetates, and we can produce flyers and booklets. In addition, you may buy or replenish your photocopy cards here.

You can also purchase or replenish copy cards that can be used on the Library photocopiers and printers.

The Centre’s postal counter can arrange to have your letters or packages sent by regular mail. You may purchase stamps and have a package delivered almost anywhere in the world. We can even arrange to have your package delivery the same day locally. The centre also coordinates, with Physical Resources, the delivery of the University’s INTRA mail.

Do you need to purchase a parking access permit? You’re in the right place. Yearly and sessional access permits are available at the Centre.

The bindery provides all bookbinding services to the Jean-Léon Allie Library. Our bookbinder will assemble your documents using the “planatol” glue technique and a cardboard, leather or “buckram” cover. The bookbinder can repair ancient volumes or assemble notepads. Binding services also receives requests to replace or update the custom name and title tags for office doors.

Another method of putting together your documents is using the “Cerlox” coil-binding system available at the Multiservices Centre.

Do not discard your empty laser or inkjet printer cartridges. Bring them to the Multiservices Centre. We recycle them.
