Congratulations to Scarlett Yvette Rodrigues Silvestre, recipient of a $7200 scholarship from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada

Saint Paul University (SPU) is proud to present a scholarship from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) to Scarlett Yvette Rodrigues Silvestre of the Dominican Republic, who is studying at SPU as part of the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP).

Scarlett arrived in Ottawa this winter to study social communication at SPU. She hopes to take full advantage of her time in Canada by visiting museums in the nation’s capital, trying out winter sports and visiting family members who are now living in Montreal.

The SPU community wishes Ms. Sylvestre a wonderful stay in Canada and every success in her studies.
