Council of Administration

Role:

The Council of Administration is responsible for the University’s overall governance and management. In practical terms, the Council makes the financial decisions and implements the policies and procedures that the University needs to operate efficiently, in accordance with the educational policies established by the Senate. The Council can strike committees to help it exercise its powers. Councillors are appointed by the Superior of the Notre-Dame-du-Cap Province of the Congregation of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate in consultation with that organization’s council, on the recommendation of the Rector of the University.
