Dr. Xavier E. Kauffmann, Ph.D. Up until now, Dr. Kauffmann has been professor in different Canadian and European universities, and consultant in numerous public and private organizations. His research aims at redefining the impacts of psychological, communicational and socio-economical aspects which influence personal and organizational development according to the Autofare Strategy model. Dr. Kauffmann’s interests are intimately linked to generating Autofare leadership in resonance with an environment that is evermore demanding at the identity level as well as at the sociological, economical and cultural level. Currently, Professor Kauffmann is a sessional professor at Saint Paul University in the Faculty of Human Sciences and will be teaching in the new ‘Group Intervention and Leadership’ programs.
